Emma Ried - Director & Senior Speech Pathologist
Emma is a highly experienced speech pathologist with a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent children and their families. With a background spanning disability, education, and private practice, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. Emma is dedicated to fostering authentic, child-led connections, recognising that the most meaningful communication growth happens through play, relationships, and shared joy. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported in their unique way of communicating. As the director, Emma is committed to creating a therapy environment and practice where children and their families feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves.

Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)- including high tech and low tech communication supports for children with complex communication needs e.g. PODD, Proloquo2Go, TD Snap+Core.
Gestalt Language Processing (Meaningful Speech) - gestalt language processing is a form of language learning where children learn language as scripts or in chunks rather than by acquiring single words. This processing style can be particularly common in autistic and neurodivergent children.
Every Move Counts, Clicks and Chats- communication assessment and implementation strategies for children with complex communication needs.
DIR Floortime - interaction based approach for building interaction and communication, particularly in children with autism and developmental delays.
SOS Feeding - assessing and treating children with feeding difficulties including picky eaters and problem feeders.
SoundsWrite- synthetic phonics approach to assessing and treating children with literacy difficulties.
PROMPT - multidimensional approach to assessing and treating speech production disorders.
Caitlin Williams - Senior Speech Pathologist
Caitlin is a highly experienced speech pathologist with a strong background in education and private practice. She is passionate about working alongside children to build their communication skills in ways that feel natural, engaging, and meaningful to them. With a focus on play-based, child-led therapy, Caitlin prioritises rapport and connection, believing that trust is the foundation for growth. She values each child's individuality and tailors her approach to support their strengths and needs, helping them develop skills that enhance their everyday interactions. Caitlin is dedicated to making therapy a positive and empowering experience for every child she works with.
